How to add designs, content, storyboards and mockups to the platform

Written by Sam

From your computer

  1. Go to your Loops dashboard.

  2. Click 'Start a new project'. A new page should slide in from the left.

  3. Click 'Add files' and select to add up to 60 files (supported file formats - .mp4, .jpg, .jpeg, or .png)

  4. Images (.jpg, jpeg, or png) have a 5.7MB limit and videos (.mp4) have a 115MB limit.

  5. Ensure your total assets are 150MB or below.

Handy tips

  • Show asset details: When you have added all your assets, you can click the button on the top right to see asset type, dimensions and size of all your chose files.

  • Error handling: The green icon at the bottom right will turn red and highlight the issue (e.g your file size is over the limit or your image is over 3000px in width).

  • Rearrange assets: When you have added your assets. Click and drag the desired asset you wish to update.

  • Editing assets: Once you've published a project on Loops, you can edit its name at anytime.
