Upgrading from a free to a paid account plan
If you would like to upgrade your account to a paid plan, you can do so by navigating to the 'Settings' tab in the platform and selecting 'Manage your subscription.'
Cancelling a paid account plan
If you are on a paid plan, you can downgrade at any time and the changes will come into effect when your subscription next renews. To do so, navigate to the 'Settings' tab and select your plan option from the 'Manage your subscription' tab.
If you are on the Agency or Enterprise plan, the cancellation will be governed by the master services agreement in place.
