Upgrading from a free to a paid account plan
If you would like to upgrade your account to a paid plan, you can do so by clicking on the 'Upgrade your account' button in the bottom left of the screen.
You can also navigate to the 'Account settings' tab in the platform and select 'Manage your subscription.'
Cancelling a paid account plan
If you are on a paid plan, you can downgrade at any time and the changes will come into effect when your subscription next renews. To do so, navigate to the 'Account settings' tab and select your plan option from the 'Manage your subscription' tab.
If you are on the Agency or Enterprise plan, the cancellation will be governed by the master services agreement in place.
