What are credits?

1 credit = 1 consumer respondent.

So, if you wanted to run a test with 100 people, that's 100 credits.

The number of questions you can ask in your test per 1 credit depends on your account type:

  • Free account - up to 10 questions in a test

  • Pro account - up to 15 questions in a test

  • Enterprise account - up to 20 questions in a test

How much do credits cost?

Standard B2C respondents:

1 credit = £12 / $15.

This is our standard unit cost per B2C consumer respondent.

If you have a paid plan with us, the unit cost per credit decreases:

  • Pro account - 1 credit = £10 / $12

  • Enterprise accounts - 1 credit = We create a custom price for you.

Bespoke B2B respondents:

1 credit = starts at around £20 / $26

We charge a bespoke price for B2B respondents, as targeting them can be more difficult. If you would like to run a test with B2B respondents, speak to your Loops team for further guidance on feasibility and costs.

How do I add credits to my account?

Credits can be bought in bundles (if you are on a Free account) or included as part of a paid plan (Pro, Agency and Enterprise plans).

If you are on a paid plan, you can also top up your credit count by buying additional bundles. Our Pay-As-You-Go bundles start at £1,200/$1,500 for 100 credits.

Any unused credits from an Enterprise plan roll over into the next month’s allocation.
