Exporting an Excel file

It's really simple to export your results quickly as an Excel file after your test completes.

  1. Click on the test you want to export the results from on the 'Projects' page

  2. Click on the 'Excel Icon' button in the top right of the screen

  3. Your results will be saved as an Excel file in your computer's Downloads folder. In this file, your results will be presented in different ways in separate tabs:

    1. 'Answer Totals' - this tab contains all answers per question (aggregated)

    2. 'Answers (Quantitative)' - this tab contains all answers at a respondent level (individual)

    3. 'Comments (Qualitative)' - this tab contains all comments captured in the test

    4. 'Multi & Single Punch Selections' - this tab contains all the answers from any 'Multiple Options' question

Copy and paste graphs and comments directly from Loops

You can also easily copy graphs and comments to your clipboard directly from the platform. This is a great tool to use if you are pulling together a presentation or results report and need to export charts quickly.

To do this, click on the button shown below.

Results summaries in one click (paid plans only) - great for summarising comments for every question simultaneously.

If you’re on a paid plan, accessing your results has become more efficient with our new ‘General Summaries’ button. You’ll be able to generate a GPT4-powered summary for each question in your test in one simple click on the 'magic wand icon'.
